What is the price of each package at Senior Circle?

Our prices vary based on your needs. Some factors that determine price are single vs double occupancy, size of the room you choose, length of accommodation contract (for day-care, it is the number of days you visit in a week), and other paid services you may wish to sign up for. Call us for a chat and we will guide you through the details.

Where is the residence located?

Senior Circle is located in a quiet and picturesque residential area of Clifton, South Karachi, hidden from the cacophony of traffic, but a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is in one of the safest locales of Karachi, and is surrounded by clean and accessible parks.

Is Senior Circle for singles or couples?

Both single and couple residents are welcome.

What is the enrollment process?

Call us to arrange a consultation and a tour.
Select your preferred room.
Sign the Service Agreement and pay the deposit.
Move-in on the date of your convenience.

How does day-care service work?

As the name suggests, you can come to the residence for the day. Get dropped off (or picked up by Senior Circle vehicle) in the morning, and stay till the evening. You will have access to all communal spaces, as well as a semi-private space that you can use for rest. You will also enjoy the same food and medical attention as our live-in residents.

What kind of food will be served?

You will be served home-cooked, nutritious food prepared by a Chef with experience at 5-star restaurants. There are a range of cuisines served 3 times a day, snacks, and tea/coffee as you like. You may wish to order your favorite dish, or choose to be surprised by the Chef.

What medical services are provided?

A qualified and trained nurse is on premise 24×7, who ensures that medication is administered as per information provided by the residents. Free medical examination by a doctor once a month is also provided. We have arrangements with one or more hospitals for admission and emergency treatment. A doctor will be made available, should a resident require urgent medical attention. (Such visit by a doctor will be charged to the resident).

What if I have a serious pre-existing medical condition?

You are welcome, and we will do our very best to care for you, make you comfortable, and keep you as healthy and happy as we can at Senior Circle.

Are guests allowed?

It is your home, and you may invite guests as you please. But be respectful of other residents.

Can I leave the residence to visit outside?

Of course! And you may use one of the dedicated residence vehicles. If there are risks or challenges you face with mobility, we will gladly help. By the way, there are plenty of off-premises visits and programs you may wish to join.

What is not included in my package?

Any emergency medical services and hospital visits, extra use of services, special requests, and other things of that nature are not included in the package.

What are the payment terms?

Payments are to be made monthly on the 1st of each month in advance. You may pay through bank transfer locally or internationally.
